Serious side effects associated to generic Medrol (Methylprednisolone) includes problem with vision; rapid weight gain, swelling, feeling shortness of breath; problem with vision; unusual behavior or behavior, severe depression, seizure i.e. convulsions; coughing up blood, passing tarry or bloody stool; pancreatitis i.e. severe pain in upper stomach which spreads to the back and accompanied with fast heart rate, nausea and vomiting; low potassium levels (uneven heart rate, confusion, extreme thirst, leg discomfort, increased urination, limp feeling or muscle weakness and critically high blood pressure (blurred vision, severe headache, buzzing in the ears, confusion, anxiety, chest pain, seizures, uneven heartbeats).
Less serious or common side effects include mood changes, sleep problems i.e. insomnia; dry skin, bruising or discoloration, acne, thinning skin; slow healing wound; dizziness, headache, spinning sensation; increased sweating; stomach pain, nausea, bloating or a change in the location and/or shape of your body fat, particularly in the legs, face, arms, neck, waist and breast.
